Damn that be a lot of changes for the upcoming patch..... nothing that made me cry out that my champions are now useless... would have liked to see irelia's ult be rebuffed though as i miss playing her

Yea I like the small buff for Yorick and the Tryndamere buff is nice so may start playing him again. Irelia, I miss her old ult but must admit I don't find it too huge a deal (granted you're better than me so ^_^)

Miss playing her? She's still one of the best top lane champs in the game...

Can someone explain the logic behind who is best for top or bottom lane?

I understand that mid is a shorter distance, and often solo'd by someone with good farming ability, but aren't top/bot identical apart from perspective? Or is it to do with Nashor and the Dragon?

It's just the standard meta game as far as I'm aware, typically you will have
Support/AD carry bot
AP Carry mid
Jungler
Tanky DPS Top.
Not sure the logic behind it though.

It's so that Dragon control is easier by having two players bottom and you can also run Teleport on your top laner and tp to the ward at Dragon

Can't wait to try the panth changes as he's all I play.
Interesting to see how he works with scaling on bonus AD instead of total AD. Still think I'll keep all the runes as APR though.
Can't stand the tards on the LoL forums, can you believe the idiots are crying he's now OP before it's even live when a day ago they're laughing at how weak he is.
No one takes the time to realize his HSS (e) is 3 hits now instead of 5 and the the AD of his e and q scale off of bonus AD.

You probably haven't experienced solo top much yet as you don't tend to get junglers at low level.

Basically, solo top is often a champion with good sustainability (Cho, Irelia, Yorick etc) as it's lane which takes the longest to travel to in general and running just 1 person in it means it can't be left for long. There are many more considerations for it but that's probably an entire article on champion selection which I can't be bothered writing

You run 2 bottom for dragon control.

Dont get me wrong i still like Irelia but after she was nerfed a number of times i decided to move onto jungling (bought Udyr and Nocturne) and now have bought KogMaw for some AD/AP Carry action.. while Kog is fun i probably need some better runes for him to truly carry but to do that i would need another few rune pages and thats lots more IP to farm

I get by just fine with 7, could be 5 to be fair but mine are titled like so:
AD mana (ArPen, mana/5, hp quints)
Amumu (magic pen, hp, cd's and move speed)
DPS Caster (HP, AP, MgPen)
AD Dodge MR (Jax page basically but works with high hp AD heroes)
AD HP CD
Evelynn (from when she was good AP based with mp5, ap, mgpen, ms)
AP CD Mp5

Well, my first game against humans.

As luck would have it, we had 2 leavers straight off the bat, end we did eventually lose as I was Yorick and only had a Gangplank and a Janna.

Still, I managed to lose 20/8/1, harassing like a mofo and winning all 1v2 fights, lol.

Hoped twitch might have got a bit of love in that patch.Guess they cant be bothered until they do the total rework on him.
I still play him coz he was my 1st champ bought but i aint faced a twitch in ages lol.
Surprised by the amount of changes in there to be honest.Oh well see what it plays like when it get release(Especially the tryndamere as seem to see him every game with a turret diving endless rage kill
