Why are you so shocked? Chav kid on Sky is 1000 times smarter than all the youth workers etc we've seen during the daytime the last few days. He has analysed the situation, realised police cannot do anything as long as you have sufficient numbers and are highly mobile, and he does what he wants.

He knows what he wants, and does it. The police have sent the message that it will not be stopped. Had they put it down hard 1st night there would not have been a second night. The real morons are the youth workers and community leaders we've been seeing trying to explain away all this and excuse the kids "just being kids" pretty much.
