I expect most of these kids are richer than me, prior to the looting. I'm sure they have zero debt and regular pocket money/benefits etc.

The guy on Sky News stating that it was down to poverty was a complete tool.

Many of us on this very forum are technically poorer than these kids and we're not out looting.

Also thanks to those that read my post and agreed with it. I don't pretend to have all the answers to every issue, but the depth of the problems we face go beyond a forum discussion, so I kept it relatively short and concise.

judging people cause they live on a estate is daft tbh . not all are trouble makers. this is why we arnt in charge
 
It is now definitely confirmed that the gun on "Original Scumbag" Duggan's person was a self-loading pistol, "not a replica" and was set up to take live ammunition. The pistol is considered by the investigating scientist to be a "firearm" in the terms of the firearms act and therefore an illegal weapon. The pistol contained a chambered, bulleted round.

Conclusion: Idiot carrying a loaded gun got shot and only has himself to blame.

At least one car (I think two) was set on fire and exploded in my road, another had a brick through the windscreen.

These are after it had mostly died down.
