1kg farm quality for 4.99 best butcher price usually is about 8.70 per KG and tesco stuff is about £14 per KG so pop to your local store!

I use Asda 1kg frozen bag, it does have added water but it also doesn't contain any chicken fillets i.e the bits of chicken with all the inedible fat. £5.54 a bag.

I must be spoilt with my local butchers charging about £4.50 for a kilo of chicken breast. Good stuff with no water in it. Asda's smart price chicken is more expensive, and looks like it's been injected with PVA glue.

Yea, saw it at an Aldi in South London and when I went back later to buy some, it was all sold out. On a related matter, would creating a 'Bodybuilder Specials' thread be a good idea to notify the weight trainers amongst us of any good deals on food or supplements?

Been toying with the idea for a while but never actually got that far. Good idea or?
