As discussed by a better source and one closer to home (not mentioning names) availability outside of the US has not yet been confirmed. The latest 11x series monitors aren't available in the UK "yet" (and probably won't be) either so I really wouldn't hold your breath on this one. It's a real shame because HP produce some very fine TN-panel monitors if you like their BrightView anti-reflective (glossy) coating.
 
i have the hp w2007v and like the glossy coating,i cant go back to mat after using a glossy screen,the colors pop out at you.on matt they dont.
 
Completely understand that and it is frustrating. It could be coming to the UK (even if it hasn't been confirmed) and the lack of 11x series may not be cause for concern. I have received some very good feedback about the x2301 as well and I would love to review it.
