HTC has just announced that its CEO Peter Chou will be holding a live teleconference from Los Angeles at 8:30AM PT / 11:30AM ET tomorrow. The company’s disclosure doesn’t stretch much further than that — there’s no hint as to the content of the “major” announcement that Peter will be delivering — but you can follow events as they unfold in our upcoming live blog, linked below.

I wonder what it could be?

Perhaps that new tablet that has been leaked recently, or perhaps a new phone? Or something software related and boring :(

I'd like it if they overhauled the Sensation and launched something that could properly challenge the likes of the Galaxy S II, bring back the glory days of the HTC Desire! Doubt it though :p

Oi! Some of us never left the glory days of the Desire :p

Will be following if im online at the time. Surely it must be their next big phone or a tablet annoucement or something?

I think the best bit in that article is where they call it an audio lifestyle company. I figure this is probably because they can't be just a plain audio company as this would imply they make decent audio products instead of branded average.
 
Please be a new phone to compete with the SGSII.

I've seen and tried those ridiculous 'Beats' headphones in Comet, didn't think much to them for the absolutely crazy price tag they had.

Someone call me when they strike a deal with Sennheiser or a brand that outs quality audio products that justify their price!
 
The deal with the beats audio makes business sense imho. The beats headphones are currently all the rage among teens. They might be crap but they are massively seen as 'cool'. It'll score them come 'cool' points against apple
 
I've got the studio beats by dre, there actually pretty good.

And you get bonus points for wearing them around your neck, i know i do. Girls galore when that happens.
 
The beats headphones actually are good, guys. Overpriced, but good nonetheless. Certainly better than BOSE rubbish and low end Senns!
