If they take his speakers, they'll have to take everyone elses too, and I can't see that being a practical measure.
 
no they wouldn't.

but it wouldn't exactly be hard would it, write him a letter asking him to return his fraudulent goods, or possibly contact the police to confiscate them.

that's between him and the person he bought it from... and paypal, just like any other ebay fraud.

as it stands the op has gotten a free set of speakers + a goody bag.

Can't really complain.
 
Amazingly enough I'd never heard that Logitech's support was so good until I read this thread.

Good thing really, as the subwoofer on my X-240s is dying a horrible death... So going to contact CS :)

Any idea where the P/N would be on the speakers? :)
 
LoL at goodie bag, I think this was down to ocuk to send this and logitech told them that it was there discretion what to send, both cheap skates tbh ;)

no doubt logitechs RMS service is going to be affect, as already seen that they want you to send speakers back at 50 quid out of pocket for one of their products failing.
 
Glad you reported him. Logitech are by far the most generous company when it comes to RMA's, so to see them being abused like that, it's sickening.

Hope he gets whats coming to him.
 
Why don't you just claim against the seller since he never sent the item you won and so obviously you didn't receive it? The fact that logitech sent you some speakers at the same time has nothing to do with it.

I gather you dont like the OP because he did a duty to stop this fraudster ripping of logitech,what is wrong for being a grass as you put it.:confused:
