I think so, too. Tube has some kind of a pyramid scheme going on with its allowed video settings. But there is always Vimeo and the like, should they wish to demo the burger in its full HD glory.

You don't have to be a partner, you do have to fiddle with the video (re-encode to a different res, and upload with that at the right aspect ratio). 1440x1080 seems to be the winning ticket.
