Best single slot gcard for video

hello, moved my old pc to the front room and using the on-board graphics it now struggles to play back all my films, which is its sole purpose. im looking to buy a gcard with HDMI on and it needs to be single slot as its a mini shuttle pc.

any ideas?

This is a good card for an htpc, low profile and quiet with HDMI out.

It's single slot.

Someone using the HD 6450 here.

It was fine once they'd worked out what they were doing.

You probably can (same GPU and all), but there isn't much benefit for the risk of bricking your card.

I bet the OP will like the 6450, it's a great little card for HTPC duties.
