XFAST LAN

My ASRock Extreme 4 has a utility called XFAST LAN designed to enhance internet/lan.

Does anyone use it and is it very good or shall I not bother reinstalling. I have to say when I had it installed I didn't notice any difference? Though it may be doing something behind the scnes I don't realise?

I would not bother. How is it going to enhance it? Make the 0 and 1s bigger or somthing?

It's kinda like QOS - I wouldn't want software fiddling with my connection, so I'd say dump it too
