Hi there,

I've had a HTC Hero for 2 years now and my contract has come to an end. I'm going to get a Sensation to replace it. On Phones4U I can get the phone for £59 paying £20.50 a month on Vodaphone with 250MB internet (http://www.phones4u.co.uk/shop/shop_contract_details.asp?ItemKey=524167&NetKey=2).

Does this look ok? No hidden costs or having to claim the discount? It seems like a cracking deal, Orange couldn't do any better. I'm not too concerned with the low minutes.

I would have thought this but I got my phone in April and since then ive only used 327.3mb and I use it constantly. It really depends on your access to wifi networks though.

Good looking deal though, id take it for sure.

I've ordered it, I feel like I've got a good deal, I'm at Uni next month so the cheaper a month the better, no more disposable cash after the next payday :D I can't wait to get my hands on the phone, my Hero is so old, and the battery has actually expanded outwards so the back cover doesn't fit very snuggly any more :p

400 minutes / Unlimited txt's / Unlimited internet (Fair usage policy of 500MB a day applies).
£35 p/m and £209 for phone..

The data allowance should be alright, usually hit about 180MB a month according to my bill. Only really use Facebook and RSS feeds.

Are you joking? Why would you sign a deal like that?

Mine is the same - but without the 500mb fair usage policy - and it's £30 a month for 12 months and the phone was £55!

If that is a 24 month contract (I suspect it is for some reason), my head will explode.
 
So that's £839, blimey! :(

Could you not just have bought it for £400~ and got a cheap SIM only deal? I don't know how it works over there.

But then i wouldn't get the 400 free minutes /unlimited txt plus 500mb per day internet..


i was on a £15 p/m sim only deal which was 100 free minutes/100 free txt's and 100mb per month free internet usage and my mobile phone bill was always over £50 every month..

Dam this scares me, we might be moving to guernsey if I get this job out there.... flying out for an interview in a couple weeks.... hows there internet? D:
