I can't decide between the HD 1GB 6950 or GTX560Ti 1GB. :S

Here are some comparisons for you:

HD 6950 1GB v GTX 560 Ti Anandetch

HD 6950 1GB v GTX 560 Ti Hardware Compare

Given your statement "I don't understand all this clock business" I'm assuming you don't know that much about the operation of PC's so I apologise in advance if I'm treating you as less knowledgable than you are.

In order to run either of these cards you need a PC with a free PCI-E x16 slot, a processor which won't bottleneck the graphics card and a decent power supply of around 500W with two 6 pin PCI-E power connectors.

If you can tick all those boxes then fine.

If you don't understand any of this, or need some clarification, then please post back.
