So stressed/anxcious

So, today I'm feeling like I want to kill someone. I feel so anxious and stressed and I don't know why. I just feel like punching a wall or something. Has anyone got any tips they could offer to help me manage/stop this?
 
Put some calming music on, close your eyes, and chill the **** out.

or

At lunch go and take a walk in the sunshine, go to a park, lie down, and chill the **** out.

or

Fap.
 
Remove yourself from the source of the stress briefly and take a brisk walk outside, if you can, any form of exercise is good, but since you are at work, your options aren't that varied.

Venting is the second best option since it releases tension in a controlled way to say an understanding colleague, which is better than having a bit of a pop at a customer or senior manager if you keep it bottled.

You could go out and start a riot.

Put on some music, make a drink, sit down, take a few deep breaths and relax.
