oh! Nice to know that about DirtyDogDamn those immigrants coming over here and claiming his benefits.

In my job in health visiting, there was a high proportion of polish people in the area i worked. My group of mums to visit was just the breastfeeding mums. The rate for english mums (excluding the jewish community) was somethign like 7%. practically ALL the polish mums did.
I asked one why, and she said that even though her husband had 2 jobs, they werent entitled to any benefits at all, so they had to pay their whole rent, bills etc. (even though a british family on a low incme would get it paid for them) and that they just couldnt afford baby formula.
So much for "they come over here because they can claim loads of benefits" that I often hear banded about.

Nope.
Credit a lot of them do come over to work and keep their heads down but the whole British and EU immigration policy is FUBAR, if you had to leave your country and went to another, its hard and its not easy to adjust, it takes decades for "communities" to be established like we have seen with Africans/Asians

Last time I spoke to you, you was on the dole and being classed as a carer. So don't go calling people for claiming benefits they have a right to they are British after all.

.I think I'm right in saying that initially the loss of revenue would hit the government hard, but in the long term it would save money due to there being less cigarette related healthcare needed. I'll try and find the figures..
