I placed an order for a £100 headset with GamesBasement.co.uk and basically they are taking the complete **** refunding my money!
Is there anything I can do?
I haven't been to the police or my bank about this, will they be able to help considering it was a Debit card payment?

01/04/11 - Placed order, paid by Visa Debit card, confirmed funds cleared
26/04/11 - Nothing received, sent email
28/04/11 - Received response saying they will send it out next week
02/05/11 - I requested cancellation and refund
03/05/11 - They confirmed order will be cancelled but no money was taken therefore no refund will be processed
07/05/11 - I notified them of the date the payment was taken from my account
11/05/11 - Still no response, I emailed them again
16/05/11 - Still no response, I emailed them again demanding a response within 24 hours
17/05/11 - Got a response, they ask me to give them the date of transaction (again)
17/05/11 - I provide date again
30/05/11 – I called them by phone and demanded clarification as to why the refund hasn’t been processed. The lady on the phone stated she will pass this on to their accounts department and ensure it gets done
06/06/11 – I received no reply or refund, so I called again, same lady answered and sounded surprised the refund hadn’t been done yet. She stated she will look into it. I demanded to speak to accounts department but was told they were unavailable on the phone.
09/06/11 - Still no refund, I send them another email demanding confirmation of successful refund within 24 hours or I go to the police
14/06/11 - They email me stating they are investigating
01/07/11 - No word, I email them asking how long their "investigation" would take
01/07/11 - Receive response with apology and that they will contact finance team and make them aware this is still pending
12/07/11 - Still no response, emailed again asking for an update
15/07/11 - They emailed back asking for an Order ID although it was in my replies
15/07/11 - I provide ID
20/07/11 - They email me stating they are still investigating
21/07/11 - I emailed them asking for expected date their "investigation" will conclude
26/07/11 - I receive an email saying the refund has been processed and will take 5-7 days o_O
10/08/11 - Still no refund, I email them demanding an answer
15/08/11 - Still no refund, no reply to previous email, I emailed them again demanding a response
