Hello,
First let me say a big thank you to stulid for helping me more than once the last week or so, As most of you know I recently brought the above case and the Antec Kúhler H2O 920,
I've just got around to swap my pc's around and got a few pictures as requested by Pikman,
Warning there is a few pictures that may offend
First off let me show you my old PC case,
http://
Yes it's the gorgeous Alienware Predator 2.0 in cyborg green it was my pride and joy "seriously I could not love a human baby more than I loved this case"
In the next pic you'll see just how bad the cableing is in the alienware and how much I don't really care about that kinda stuff.
http://
And all this bad cableing was possible due to the high temps I was getting at full load.
http://
http://
Thats all the bad bits done now for the good, On Friday all these bits finally come to my house from a very friendly DPD driver "makes a change"
http://
http://
I got to work and quickly stripped out the Alienware case, Oh if anyone is wondering what the RV03 looks like below is some pictures. If anyone is being hessitant in buying this case because of the gold stripe dont worry it's really quite nice, Or you could always take them off.
http://
http://
A quick picture to show you the inside of the case.
http://
Within seconds I had the PSU in. But it was a very tight fit on the cable as the plug had to turn upsidedown on itself as you can see the cable could do with maybe one more inch for the people that have an awkward Psu like mine.
http://
And a few minutes later I had the Motherboard in and the cooler.
http://
http://
I must say that at this stage I have had no problems this is a very nice case to work with.
Next I got the Graphics cards, Optical drives and the rear exhaust fan in and done a small amount of cable tidying. Also please forgive the two Sata cables coming from the Optical drives they are not long enough to go around the back of the mobo I will replace these in the next few days.
http://
I then started on the HDD + SDD drive the great thing about this case is that these are mounted behind the mobo, I think this is a fantastic feature as it cleans up the front of the case to look minimal and it gives them great cooling ability with an optional 120mm fan, one more thing the cable tying in this case is so easy I mean come on you saw the last case and how bad it was in this case is so easy to work with.
http://
Just one more picture to show you now the machine is built up I then ran Prime again to see the temps, I was shocked to see the results on full load.
http://
I was not expecting an almost 20c drop in temps. All in all this is one great case and I'm 120% glad I brought it over the Lancool Dragon, I can say hand on heart if you are looking to buy a new case with great airflow, easy to work with, tons of space, and the best cable management I've ever seen this is the case for you.
Any Questions??
