My twitter feed was bit crazy yesterday with OPM and Sony EU tweeting from gamescom price drop has been announced mentioned 229 euros i think so about what £200-£210?

new price point is: $249, 249 euros and 24,980 yen for the 160gb model and for the 320gb - $300, 300 euros and 29,980 yen.

To be fair, this new price point makes the PS3 R.R.P considering a lot of shops have been selling them for that price for months.

Ok the latest press releases state the PS3 160gb slim price drop is to 200 quid.

All PS3 consoles cut 17%.

Therefore it seems to me I should just buy the 192 quid PS3 160gb slim offers at some retaliers atm....Further price drop will not be any time soon?
I had hoped 150-180 but it seems if rrp is 200...192 is best price for a while?

I actually googled and searched for ''rainforest site'' ''rainforest site ps3 deal'' etc..lmao..no luck

But yeh I found ''it'...SOLD....Infamous 2 would be 30 used 40 new. I will sell hard drive used for 20-25 quid as I already have 320gb hard drive.

Therefore PS3 is costing me:

215-40-25=150 quid not bad.

Asda's website has it at £189 but in our local store its still at £240 and they won't match the price of their own website. :mad:

(Eligible for the discount too but only in-store)
