I know people will mention Lukla in Nepal as having a wild approach and it does. But this one is with a big jet transport plane and its equally cool!
Airbus A319 approach into Paro, Buthan (ICAO:VQPR, IATA
BH). Utterly mental how they weave this thing around the mountains on approach 
And the the final turn to line up with the runway is wicked
