Anyone live near the area? Apparently came down near Bournemouth airport.

Queue even tighter restrictions at airshows if something serious has happened, especially with something as high profile as the Red Arrows.

Talk of the pilot ejecting and landing in a river where dog walkers jumped in to pull him ashore.

Still not confirmed though.

They were flying over my station just yesterday! Hope the rumour is true and he did get out safely.

What I can't help myself thinking about however is the serious amount of paperwork an event like this produces

I saw them at Bournemouth yesterday. I was thinking 'its amazing how many shows they do and how little incidents there has been'
