Choosing a cooler

No, but i do remeber him playing beside an industrial estate in Sandy before but it was a few years back.
Tonight it was right beside the town centre, there was a war memorial at the entrance to the park.
Looked like a nice area.

Ow god yeah the wreck. Mega rough area at night :( they installed night vision cameras due to all the problems at night. I live in beeston 1/4 mike up the road ON the A1 :D

You could always opt for an H5O or Kuhler H2O-620? They're quite decent performing and easy to fit, honestly a five year old could fit one. They come with all the CPU mounts for AMD/Intel as well right back to AM2/LGA775 IIRC.

Bleh, they are more annoying to install than air coolers with proper mounting kits. They aren't bad in small enclosed space mind you.

I want to have a go at choosing my own cooler.

I would like to get a bit more involved before I part with my money. Stulid may not be here forever  :p

So how do you find out if its fits?

Do you measure things?

Also why does ram come into it? Could it be it wont clear the cooler?

Thanks

BTR

If you want something comparable to the NH-D14 but less cumbersome, looks better and is cheaper, then I would suggest the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro CPU Cooler.

It's a no brainer unless you want to pay insane amount for water cooling.

I am currently using the Akasa AK-CCX-4002HP Venom CPU Cooler. Will easily do 4.5GHz. When i need that bit extra from my CPU i turn it up to 5GHz and the cooler doesn't have any trouble handling the heat under load.
