Is this taboo? Would you get annoyed if I called you about work on your mobile on a Sunday?

Depends, if you were calling me for a stupid question, a non urgent enquiry or anything that isn't going to be profitable or at least potentially profitable to me at all then yes, I would be annoyed.

If you have given your PERSONAL mobile to business contacts, and told them it is your personal mobile, and they did not know that it was not ok to contact you, then its your own fault!

For the love of god don't call him out of hours for that. It's a work issue it can wait till 9am Monday.

I brought a cheap phone and a pay as you go sim and gave that number out. Then if it is late I just turn the phone off.. Ahh just realise you are thinking of 'making' the call, assumed you were thinking of giving a number out.

Unless you are particularly good friends with them or they've made it clear that they don't mind being called on the weekend then I'd leave it until Monday, it doesn't sound like this is an especially urgent enquiry at the moment.

Would be ****ed off if people called me on my mobile out of hours about work, and its a business mobile lol. But it doesn't really happen anyway, if it did I'd get a personal mobile and turn the business one off outside hours.

I can see no reason why this would warrant a personal phonecall on a Sunday.
