Game Suggestions - Not First Person Shooters

I enjoyed Civilization, Championship manager and command and conquer. I am not into games like Halo or any where you are a soldier running around mainly because they give me a head ache.

I haven't even put a game on my PC for 3-4 years now, so what is out there, any suggestions?

Company Of Heros, cheap and Steam and a lot of game for the money, its an excllent game and very challenging

Starcraft 2, the witcher 1/2, Portal?, Trine.

Thanks for the suggestions - Starcraft 2 and Company of Heros look promising, The Witcher and Portal no use as they are also the kind that give me a head ache once I have been playing them 20 minutes or so.

Even 3rd person games give you a headache? That is quite limiting. Supcom is good and Tropico 4 out soon.

What about the Total War games, several of them available, latest is 'Shogun Total war' I believe.

Supreme commander 2 may also be to your liking, not many games like it. As other have said may be worth getting your eyes tested, also have a look at fiddling with field of view in games settings as some settings can make a lot of people feel motion sick I believe.
