just after 7 for the 16gb then about 15 minutes later for the 32gb

Hm this gives me hope that my Amazon order will be filled then. If companies can get more stock, perhaps fro HP who just want to get rid of them, then all of us with Amazon orders may well be good!

This is what I'm thinking, as HP must have thousands sat in a warehouse they want to get rid of

Amazon should honour everyone's order, they can't take the risk of loosing their reputation. They would probably sell it at a lost if they had to.

Everyone ordered even though amazon showed temporarily out of stock, so I would not bank on it.

Expect similar responses from any of the etailers who currently list stock. Imagine they don't ACTUALLY have any physically.

Just rang "S" store sales number and the operator says there is none in stock to order over the phone, and she doesn't know when it will be in stock.

What has probably happened is that some retailers or the hp shop is going to sell stock to Amazon, they probably know how much stock but just don't know when.

Just got off the phone with PC world. They said they won't be receiving any more stock.

Just phoned JL who may have one on the sales floor, I think calls go through to a central phone room, but he's put in a reserve request for me.

If you look, the amazon orders are fulfilled by LambaTek which someone has said they've sent their stock back, hmmm.
