Daft question, but why is everyone jumping on these now? Just because they are cheap and you all want to re-sell them?
If HP has killed them, what about WebOS, is there a rich and useful marketplace for applications? Can they be hacked to do other things, run Android for example?

It retailed for the same price as an ipad at one point and is now £89. It's far higher quality than entry level tablets and has potential for modding. WebOS isn't dead yet just the hardware division.Daft question, but why is everyone jumping on these now? Just because they are cheap and you all want to re-sell them?

I'd get one but I honestly think it'd be a waste other than having a play with it for the first hour or so.
HP have said that they're going to port Android to it, and that it should take them about 2 weeks.
So it's a well specced Android (or WebOS for those that keep it, I imagine development for it will increase due to this) tablet for £90, significantly cheaper than anything comparable hardware wise.
