the actual product is very similar to an ipad, but is just a little bit slower.

Make sure you do the turning off logging "trick", apparently speeds it up massively and the logging serves no purpose for consumers that I can see.

On the Comet website it seems that you can buy the 16gb for £89.99 plus delivery (which can be free) and have it delivered on the 5th of September or later. Is this likely to be correct? Seems a little too easy.

Possibly, HP are supposed to be sending another 200k units to the UK... I couldn't confirm any of that though.

I realise its an exceptional bargain at the £100 mark but I far prefer the Acer A500 and the Asus transformer. Albeit these are both considerably more expensive!

I have used this and do not rate it highly.

It's illegal to dump stock like this in the EU if it's going to be an ongoing product, so it would surprise me very much.

It says available for home delivery but when you actually try to order it, it's unavailable.
