Nothing wrong with what Misco done, but they have been misleading everyone all day, they should have just kept quiet rather than claiming they would drop them on Twitter and tell people on the phones similiar,

Doubt it, we'll see the PR debacle unfold there shortly once TheRegister and co lambast them.

Simple update on Twitter over the 2 hour period saying, actually we're selling them at full price sorry chaps, would have saved a lot of people getting ****ed off.
 
phoned argos, theyve not heard anything about price shifting from their suppliers yet so is still going to go for retail price. they do have them in stock but he didnt know how many. most bricks and mortar stores are completely out of stock he said.
