Indeed. That is definitely not on.

I've just been told by PC World that although i have an email confirming my order, 2 emails saying my order is being processed and them having taken payment, that it is "unlikely" that i will get one and that my order will probably be cancelled.
 
I have actually ended up with multiple orders for a case and touchstone from CPW as everytime I submitted the order, it errored out...now I have 3 of each coming!
 
Has anyone managed to get a partial refund from Argos yet? I just spoke to someone and she said they haven't decided if they are doing it yet :/

This is contrary to what I was told this morning, I was told to call back when the item arrived and she would process the refund.

Totally. I was expecting my order to be cancelled from CPW above all, and i was fairly confident i would get it from PCW. I was annoyed that i hadn't ordered from Amazon as i was confident that they would be the most successful in obtaining stock, sending it out for ALL who placed an order.

But as it seems, CPW have been great, PC World have been a bit rubbish and Amazon apparently have been very rubbish.
 
I hope all the people setting up marketplaces on Amazon and selling on ebay at over 200% profit die in a fire to be honest. Very very underhanded and quite sickening to be honest.

Apparently they can't get any more stock, so they have cancelled all outstanding orders(within the last 20/30 minutes). They are not going to relist them, according to customer services.

Cancellation e-mails will be sent so I'm told.
 
Just to repeat previous question incase it got lost - Does anybody know of an email address for HP to close a shop account? I cannot find one anywhere in their web of 'Contact Us'.

Deux Touchpad pour moi! :D

Just got my reservation from Argos and supprisingly it was still there! Early as well because when I reserved it at the weekend it said it would take til Friday! The second one is whinging its way by Yodle to my parents house for my dad (who thought he would miss out)!

Its such a shame a few of you who were in this thread since the beginning haven't been able to grab one because of the hoarders who turned up to the party late on HDUK etc. :( Hopefully there will be a few spare that you can grab from people here. :)
