I entered for some tickets to radio ones chili pepper gig on 2nd septemeber and I've only gone and won the bloody tickets

Since entering I have booked to go to Ibiza flying out at 23:55 the gig ends at 21:30 I think there is no hope of me getting to gatwick in time is? Anyone know how quick the tube or national express will get me there?

Looks like I'll have to give them away! So so so annoyed about this :( I never win radio one tickets :( typical
 
Only one pair I don't know how it works with passing them onto someone else! I keep looking at ways I may be able to get to gatwick on time but without driving don't think it's possible
 
Sell 'em? You'll probably make a few quid.

I won some to see Paloma Faith but didn't really fancy it so stuck them on eBay and got a few quid.
 
It looks like the closest tube station to Koko Camden is Mornington Crescent as it's just on the other side of the junction if Google Maps is in any way correct. A reasonable route from there would be to take the Northern Line to Euston, change to the Victoria Line, from Victoria Station take the Gatwick Express to the Airport. Or so TFL reckons and it should take you about an hour more or less exactly, the Gatwick Express itself takes about 30 minutes - if you're going to try it then remember to get the tickets for it beforehand and just use an Oyster Card or day travelcard for the bits on the Tube.

It'll certainly be tight and you're almost certainly not going to leave enough time for the recommended wait before check-in but best of luck if you decide to try it.
 
Pssh, I often leave about two and a half hours before a Gatwick flight from Islington, you can do it, I reckon.

I hold no responsibility should you not make it.

I'm not 100% on this but I thought I remembered reading that it wasn't possible to resell the tickets as they have your name on. May be remembering wrong though :p

Lucky bugger :p I applied also - but not heard anything :(
 
Haha think my boss may be the lucky one at this rate! Although I might see what happens with a well known auction site! Might pay for a night out in Ibiza :P
 
Wonder if I could setup a raffle for the tickets! Donate half the proceeds to the charity involved in the mini run I'm doing this weekend (children's hospice)

I've given you the route above and the approximate times if you wanted to try and make it which does show it is at least possible, you would be cutting it fine but then again maybe it would be worth the risk.
 
Yea I'm thinking it also means I need to carry my case around with me! Unless I go to the airport first then Camden then back again! Can't help thinking that it would leave me so so tight I'd be worried the smallest delay could bugger it all up :(

So I have been offered £300 for them! But currently have 4 days left and 25watchers on a well known site
