It's also very subjective, so the ability of a guitarist is somewhat irrelevant completely after a certain level because it doesn't matter how good they are in terms of technical proficiency when some one doesn't like their music.

Not really its impossible to be techincally retarded and still god liek on the guitar, there are some standards that come with level 9/10 playing that is irrelvant to music genre etc..

ANyway its my RPG and I decide who gets 9-10 in it..I am the god of my RPG.

I make the judgements and give the levelling marks.

If you came in my RPG I'd prob put you in the dungeon in the sewers for questioing the authority

Charisma
Sex
Appearance


At least level 7 in each off these areas to acquire quality partner for desired activity.

however, if you have acquired lots of money the above factors are irrelevant.

See in this RPG there are multiple methods to acquire goals...its quite open ended
