Personally I'd write off the £200 and tell her never to contact me ever again. Then I would go smash her sister and mum's pasties for the next couple of weeks

If I was in the Aussie guys shoes, and OP rang me saying that this girl had ran up a £200 phone bill, I would laugh him off the phone.
He really wont give a ****, and probably find it quite funny. (I could be wrong, but really its nothing to do with him anyway)
Secondly, you might be able to claim that in the small claims court but with her travelling to Australia it'd be difficult to enforce and I don't even know that they'd find in your favour although I'd incline to think they would. However, frankly, I doubt it'll be worth your time and hassle. Suck it up, learn from your mistake and move on.
