Halfway down the link is a stock update list which looks authentic to untrain eyes, the link came from one of those other sites which makes you feel subhuman reading it

How many of the people who ordered through the HP dodgy link, have had their order canceled?

Personally not yet but this is from the Palm Eurostore, nobody answered the question I had about the Palm and the HP stores being linked, I assume they are.

Basically the same that HP told me when I called them this morning. They were under the impression that the link used to place the order was 'not meant to be available'. The HP guy also said that there isnt any stock and there will not be any more stock arriving.

"orders will be cancelled shortly and money will be released"

My order has been cancelled yet but I understand others have...

People who pre-ordered with Palm Eurostore will feel especially special after that degree of soft soap, Amazon are made to look even more inept at this customer relations lark.

Silly prices? They were £400 quid a week ago. If HP knocked them out at £200 I still would have jumped at them.
