If you had the money would you leave England

Yep. Spent several years living in Africa, and whilst it wouldn't be my first choice of places other than the UK, I'd leave this country immediately, returning only for family.

All I need is £5000 for the Visa application and I'd be off to Australia in a heartbeat!!..

We've started the process as it sands, and are now waiting for the Savings to reach the magic number!!..

I've got the Points (had a pre-test) just need the wonga!!. :)

You'd be surprised at the amount of Brits who end up coming back. It's not for everyone, but then I presume you've already spent a fair bit of time out there to make sure it's what you want. :)

I have been to a fair few places but always felt most at home when back in the UK.
That is not to say it couldn't change.

My main home will always be UK ,

But id buy places in Italy, Lake Garda , Venice etc and rent the property(s) out

If you won the Euromillions would you leave the UK? Like we all know there are bad things about England but when you have 50+ million I imagine you can insulate yourself from the negative aspects of the UK.

If I won the lottery, I'd move back to England.

I always thought I would but I wouldn't (leave England). If you won Euro style millions you would surely want to see the world. I would have a luxury pad here in the UK with indoor pool and then I would jet around the world staying in 5* hotels not lifting a finger.

I'd have a look around. There's no guarante you'd enjoy living elsewhere anymore than here. Grass isn't always greener etc, etc.

already left. Would love a nice sausage and chips from the chippy now though :) other than food and family i dont really miss much about the uk

No I wouldn't leave the UK.

Nowhere else in the world even comes close for me.

I'd spend plenty of time travelling but the UK would always be my home.

I wouldn't leave the UK but I'd probably spend a lot of time on holiday (mainly Egypt).

Even with 50 million I'd probably stay in the house I'm in now but buy the house which is attached to me however Mrs Dimple would probably want to move.
I'd make sure that one room would be a recording studio with enough room to house a band for rehearsals and obviously fill it out with gear so nobody would have to bring anything.
I would also buy a van and fill it with music gear so nobody would have to fill their cars when going to a gig.
I have simple needs.

I wouldn't move abroad for good, too much to lose here in the UK and I'd miss my family and friends.

I would buy a load of properties abroad though and maybe live abroad for a couple of years just for the experience.

Yes. The weather depresses me here. South of France being my preferable destination, beautiful country and a great culture plus I having French in-laws.

I have young children to consider so would need to stay grounded and let them have an education. So no jet setting till they are older :)

not sure, don't have much family left, my dads in his 70's & my sisters in her 50's so no great ties to the UK, ide certainly travel a helluva lot, don't know if ide settle elsewhere tho.

No, I would not leave the UK as a place to live, but I would go travelling a fair amount I imagine.

Considering I spend my of my time indoors on the computer, the climate is almost irrelevant for me. I don't get depressed by bad weather.
