If you try to harass slowly you'd get harassed back doing it if you hit for such poor amounts then your likely opponents in mid will SLAP you for it (brand, ori, annie, hell anything with more than a 200 combo) brand and annie could potentially do x3 your damage with their stuns and all you have is a slow. The whole point of the burst is to keep them away from you and punish them for attempting to last hit / control the lane. If your jungler came into mind to help gank with you you'd also be unlikely to get a kill due to the safety distance of their tower that they can flash to and your low damage. By all means if they really do stay in lane letting you slowly pick away at them then go for it but I can only see the most passive people / new players "accepting" this.
 
Have just come on now and hoping to get in a few games tonight. Was quite surprised to see a queue :o but guessing its because of the new champion!

If any people are playing and have room for another just let me know, should be online for a good while trying to learn! :p

We wanted to let you know we're updating our Season One reward tiers to better represent and reward the competitive gamers in the community. We think the new structure provides more players with a chance to achieve higher tiered status without compromising the exclusivity of each rank.

We made these adjustments based upon the percentage of our playerbase that we wanted to recognize at each tier.

The new ladder reward tiers are:

Platinum (Top 0.2%) - 1900 and above (3v3: 1700+, pre-made 5v5: 1750+): a framed summoner icon in platinum, a platinum banner in summoner profile, a platinum forum badge and a special skin for Jarvan IV
Gold (Top 3%) - Between 1520 and 1899 (3v3: 1490-1699, pre-made 5v5: 1500-1749) : a framed summoner icon in gold, a gold banner in your summoner profile, a gold forum badge and a special skin for Jarvan IV
Silver (Top 10%) - Between 1400 and 1519 (3v3: 1410-1489, pre-made 5v5: 1410-1499) : a framed summoner icon in silver and a silver banner in your summoner profile
Bronze (Top 25%) - Between 1249 and 1399 (3v3: 1249-1409, pre-made 5v5: 1249-1409) : a bronze banner in your summoner profile

As we enter Preseason Two, we will be performing a graduated reset of the League of Legends ladder based on player performance in Ladder Season One. The vast majority of players (97%) will have their Elo reset to between 1100 and 1300 rating, with top and bottom performers falling anywhere between 906 and 1490 rating. Ladder gains made during Preseason Two will carry over into Season Two once it begins.

Season One will conclude with our next scheduled downtime, so be sure to work on that ladder rank quickly!

Just had my first ever 'left game' because after downloading the stupid patch which took hours because of their ****** service, I joined a game and then it crashed on loading saying I was missing some file 'destroyed tower' and have to re-install the game.

So now I'm running the 'repair installation' from the launcher...lets see how long this **** takes
 
Urgh, this patch wont download more than 30kb/s :mad:

looks like im not getting a game in before work, oh well time to find something else to do.
 
Man I started playing Mord last night for the lulz... I loved him, my lane partner hated me, by about 20 mins he had 30 CS I had around 160...

Tanked that game like a baws had near on 4K HP not even 30 mins in to the game.
 
Had a lot of fun with Gargas last night, but won't be able to play again until next week, and he will be gone, and I won't have the 3k IP I need to buy him :(

Gragas is a great champion mate, his ulti can make or break team fights. I've not played him much but the only game I lost with him was against another Gragas who was a beast!

Save IP for runes. If you really want to spend IP on champs, buy the cheap ones. Annie, for example, is super cheap and one of the best APs around atm :)

Already have her, but I find her dull to play. I play for fun and have no aspirations of becoming some uber ranked player :p

Aww poor ickle annie, why don't you want to play with her?

I find her fun but that's probably because all I normally does is afk heal people :p
