Hey Howard,

those BBS jobbies are the same ones as I've got on my MR2 if you remember They are ok but nothing spectacular to look at to be honest.

Rota grid V's probably get my vote, they look like this:

Rota Aleica

or if your spending big money then get some more Enkei wheels

RFP01's (my favourite but oh so expensive)

Enkei 92's which are pretty player

I think the proposed BBS look incredibly dated and absolutely terrible. I actually quite like the current ones.

I dont mean to be nasty but the blue is just awful! Painted a normal shade of silver they would look much more suitable.

The wheels look good on a white mx5 but not quite right on a red one. You could paint the car white and then you wont need new wheels.

Smurf blue! Lol. First time they've been described as that. They are not as 'bright' irl. (that was the day after they were painted) I wanted a lighter blue originally but, well, that's how they ended up! Haha.

If/when I repaint them, they won't be silver, black or white. I like my wheels a bit different from the norm. To stand out a bit.

I do get a lot of reactions from them though. Some people love 'em, some people hate 'em. I not fussed either way, I'm the the guy that has to look like an idiot driving it.
