Im pretty sure they are not, problem is most post services wont be so even if OC are the delivery wont go throught till tuesday anyway.

OC is open but couriers / royal mail don't work so no deliveries or collections.

I see from your location that won't be a problem though

Normal hours, 8.30 to 5.30, shop and phones just a normal day.
