Lee Nelsons Well Good Show

My daughters have just got in from the Leeds Festival so I asked who was the highlight for them.
"The Strokes were excellent and for an old band Pulp were supoerb but we wtached a blike called Lee Nelson and he is one the funniest things we've seen".

Here's a hint. 3:00am, drunken rants. I generalise, you take personal offense, I throw a punch, you throw a punch, ect... I ain't gonna start a flame war, been there done that. I have no beef with you, but anyway, I'll keep at it for a while before I get bored, for all times sake.

I suppose I'll start with Charlie Brooker. He is a grade-A **** end!

Don't worry I'm sure they'll grow out of it and develop a better sense of humour :p

You need educating on what's better than 'Lee Nelsons Well Good Show'???:confused::eek:

He could almost list anything and he would be right. However, I suspect you're just waiting to pounce and pull apart whatever he suggests.
 
The show is rubbish but I did see him live once in a comedy club in Soho. He was the host and was actually pretty good, interacted with the audience well. It probably helped that he was only on stage 5 minutes at a time.

Ah, but that's not my plan.
I'm not a pathetic person who thinks his taste in anything is better than anybody elses.
I totally accept that we are all different and you'll never see me **** anybody off for liking a certain thing.
I was hoping that he thought about what he said was childish but I suppose that's asking too much.

Well spotted and I didn't do it on purpose and obviously that should be BBC3 and BBC4.
Blimey, I've got a NAS full of BBC4 material.
I suppose olivier renault will **** me off and call me an idiot for having 1000s of documentaries.
 
I was once subjected to 5 minutes of this against my will (couldn't find the TV remote). I think I'd rather be waterboarded than forced to watch it ever again, I could literally feel my braincells committing suicide!

It makes the only way is essex look like oscar material!

Massive over-dramatics aside, it's so cringeworthy, reminds me of when old, out of touch adults from privileged backgrounds (e.g. politicians) try to be "cool" and "down with the kids, aight". It's so unfunny it hurts.
 
I find it hilarious as I know there's people in the country who actually act like that. He pulls it off so well so good on him I say.
 
The only good thing on it has been the Faliraki nights sketch because he hit the nail on the head with that, otherwise not great imo.
