I currently have a h61 motherboard but this looks great for the price.

I only have a 4 pin CPU connector. Will i still be able to use with this motherboard?
Or do i need a new PSU?. I think i dont but would be great if someone can clarify that.

Also the Lucid Virtu, does it work with my 5770 or is it limited to Nvidia. (Probably a stupid question)
 
You can use a 4pin in the 8pin connection.

Its a way of using the built in graphics core of a sandybridge cpu to speed up certain tasks like video encoding, this is the Quicksync/Lucid Virtu


Its independent of ATI/Nvidia cards.

Now to really think if i need the benefits of a z68 over my H61.
 
You can overclock if you have a "K" cpu.

I tested the bigger/ badder brother of this recently, look at my last thread posted.
 
Ah thanks mate, still counting down the days till I can order it, but this mobo comes in exactly as the i5 went up in price...Which ruined any chance of buying the Asus mobo you suggested
