Yes. you have to activate the ocuk code and you then get a cd key emailed to you that you then use by activating an item on steam.

I preordered and paid for mine on the 24th @ 1pm'ish.

Hadn't got a code by midday today so I sent a webnote in explaining that I only missed it by around 36hrs. A few minutes later the wonderful people at OCUK sent me a Deus Ex code.

I'd drop 'em a note and see what happens, good luck.
