so you didn't vist the amd site to redeem either code first?

from whats been said be gibbo and reading around you have to first redeem both codes through the amd promo site(the dirt3 1 is down due to their being some screw up deus ex one seems to be unaffected), you then get emailed the steam key.

I've had both my 6950 toxic since 1st september and not redeemed dirt3(going to keep 1 and sell the other) and can't at the mo due to that issue.

quick tip:

try reading the thread before asking a question that has an answer mentioned multiple times already. you don't even need to read all 3 pages, there are at least 2 posts with what you have to do on the current page(1 being just 3 posts above yours).
 
I emailed [email protected] but received

"Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. "

I've also received replies from support (via webnote) after i said it wasnt in my order details; reply was

"Thanks for the webnote.

These should be sent out tonight. We had a bit of a glitch with the system sorry for the delay."


Still havent been sent anything, and i ordered on the 26th. I only ordered because i was eyeing around for an upgrade and couldnt find anything better for the money than this package (seeing as i was going to buy deus ex anyway)

They decided not to use the email and automate the service, so the email address doesn't work.

All the codes should have been sent out afaik so make a post here:

and someone will chase it up for you, probably best to post your order number too, as only staff and yourself can see any posts you make there.
 
Bought the HIS ATI Radeon HD 6950 IceQ X Turbo 2048MB , installing deus Ex now, just wondering if there is a dirt 3 code with it as well, as in the info it said dirt 3 subject to availability, its not a biggie if not, but would be nice if dirt 3 code was coming as a did not get any vouchers looking in my account area where as I did for deus ex?

if there is one there should be a voucher in the box, there should be something on the outside of the box saying that there is a dirt 3 voucher in the box.

Yeah there was, was getting ahead of myself, many thanks. Still to anyone else buying amd require you to take a picture of that voucher.

I think I got my 6950 toxics(bought 2) before the leak occurred(or at least before amd did anything about it) but never redeemed 1 of the vouchers, going to have to go through the hoops to redeem it now :( or is there any news as to if/when they'll stop these hoops and let people redeem it normally?

hundreds of thousands i think were leaked so might be sometime, sent my pic yesterday, nothing from amd as of yet, hopefully will do within 48 hours or monday id say.
