As for grammar what has it got to do with a persons knowledge of cars?
Ooh, I think I just mastered irony, ZING!

Alright, well thanks for the pointers guys. Ill definitely look into a cheap car that will get me from A to B and worry about a more decent car after a year or two as insurance (hopefully) doesn't cost as much.
Currently looking at some classic coopers for under a grand that I can knock about since I always wanted one, but I guess ill settle for something that has 4 wheels at the end of the day.
Hopefully will have an update about what I get in 2-3 weeks.

Don't spend that much on your first car, your going to kill it.
Fox has a 330i when he was in his early 20s
Ignoring all the crap about grammar, do not buy a mini for 1k, it is just asking for a whole world of pain unless you are handy with a welder.Currently looking at some classic coopers for under a grand that I can knock about since I always wanted one, but I guess ill settle for something that has 4 wheels at the end of the day.
He is 19, not 17. This should make a fair difference in the chance of binning it.
Fox has a 330i when he was in his early 20s, so he clearly flipped that into a ditch.
Oh wait.

Don't discount cars that you think will be expensive. Look at big older cars too. Young people don't touch big cars because they are big and difficult to park, but it helps teach you to drive properly.
