Course its legit, pushy chinese parents are the reason. If a child can perform backflips off a 30ft tall stack of chairs at the age of 4 then its perfectly reasonable to expect then to be able to drive.

Obviously its still completely pants on head retarded that she was allowed to do it.

I used to sit on my Dad's knee and steer stuff around the farm whilst he operated the pedals when I was 4 or 5. Don't think he would have thought it was sensible to let me go on a motorway, though :p
 
Well the usual hoax stories, remote controlled from the back blah blah. All are possible but all are as farfetched as what the video claims to show anyway.

At like the age of 5 I sat on my dad's knee and tried to steer the car, I nearly took the car into a brick wall.
