Who are they? I know people said google but nothing particularly reliable comes up ( much like their site)

Some times it hard to tell if your just trolling.

Check the directory there is a massive amount of data left open to the public, which shouldn't be.

The data is completely free to view without any form of hindrance. It's even being indexed by Google!
