When I unlock my 4th core on my AMD Athlon II X3 425, The computer will run for a few minutes then it will freeze, Is there any ideas or solution to this problem as I am going to sell this processor unlocked?

Tried upping the voltage a little to help make it stable? Most chances are that is was locked for a reason due to faults and if so, don't sell it as unlocked. That PSU of yours sounds dodgy, consider replacing it with something more reputable in the future.

How can I up the voltages? Please dont give me a link to an essay, could you tell me what to change in the bios?

What PapaLazaru is saying is that even if it unlocks (which you have done) the core may not be stable. They disable cores because they are physically defective.

What motherboard are you using?

Pop into the BIOS and increase the cpu vcore, even though its unlocked now, it may be the core is faulty hence the lock-ups in windows, but once you have increased the vcore a little then you will know for sure.

very helpfully AMD decided not to say what the maximum voltage for this chip is. however, if the phenoms are anything to go by then 1.45V would be a good place to stop (or lower if your cooler cannot keep it below 62C during a couple of hours of prime95, which being the stock one is a very high possibility)

Just because you've unlocked it, doesn't mean it's stable being unlocked, which you've said it isn't. If the VCore upping doesn't work then you're unlocked chip is unstable and this means you'll have to put it back down to a 3core and sell it as locked.
