Worse Game ever ?

Operation flashpoint - dragon rising.

It was the first game I played on my PS3 so I was expecting amazing graphics . . . I was disappointed to say the least.

Has to be Pit Fighter, had the USA SNES version, not because i was expecting a good game but it had an A+ trade in value with an importer.

Game i traded it in for was Super Adventure Island, a very good Wonderboy clone.

If you just watch the first minute of that video, you will see that all the player has to do is do the exact same thing for the other 8 mins !! To finish the entire game.
And they tried charging £40 for this garbage. In 1991. Beggars belief.

Back in the day when you had to have an imported machine to play the games how they were intended. Otherwise, you were playing the games with big giant black borders on top and bottom of the screen and the games ran 17.5% slower. Street Fighter II is the best example of this difference.

Really showing my age with these games listed here tho :)

All the classic games released on the SNES, this looks like it was created for the NES

Probably not the worst, but certainly the worst sequel; Dragon Age 2.

It is very bad, but playing it again i'm just realising that it could have been good with a longer to work on it. It's like they have the barebones of a story, the barebones of a city, characters etc, they are all unfinished.

After about 3 hours i had already been to practically every area in the game. And everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that i am a mage!

There is so much wrong with that game it is unbelievable, but as you said you can't really call it the worst game ever, Just incredibly disappointing. There are still a few decent moments in it as well.

No-one mentioned Desert Bus yet?

I don't think you can count Desert Bus as it was never designed to be a good game*, neither was it ever actually released.

*Literally by the way, it was designed as a prank to play on your friends.

I think they made some improvements to the combat system (However the loss of isometric view was annoying.) I also liked that quests in that area showed up when you clicked it.

There was more wrong with the game, namely the environments, dialogue and characters and some major problems with how the story worked. I.e walking around as a mage.

I think if it had the same time invested as Origins it would be a worthy, if not better sequel.

I think in my book there is only one winner, John Deere Drive Green tractor simulator.

I completed all the missions, the boredom is like nothing else you'll experience. Now go plough that field in real time!

I forgot about that one, Desert Bus it is!! John Deere will have to come second! A friend of mine got 1 point, what a moment!

X2 - installed it, played for 2 mins, then uninstalled it.

The biggest disppointment for me was Farcry 2, after what we got from the first game. I was expecting even better things, and not the pile of poo that was released
