iPad Dock extension cable?

Does anyone sell a dock extension cable? I've been experimenting with using the camera connection kit to hook up midi devices and audio devices, and a dock extension cable would be really handy.

I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere though, does anyone know if they even exist?

Not a USB extension cable, but a dock connector extension cable, the connection looks like this:

I need to have the data pins connected along with the charging and audio pins also...

Now I've seen a few on e-bay, but I'm not really sure if any of them will do what I need, so is anyone aware of anywhere else that sells a dock extension cable?
