24-pin is more than enough, But cant say the same for the 8-pin.
It is definitely not long enough to go around the back of the motherboard tray. You will have to either go on top of the motherboard or get an extension.

This WAS my setup about an year ago.
I am using a 24 pin braided extension here, and the 8-pin ATX cable and PCI-E cables are from PSU.

but your psu is not on the buttom how should i do then also will a gtx 570 work with the psu

It is at the bottom, but the PSU's fan is facing down.
I have turned the PSU holder at the back of the case upside down.
But even with the Fan of the PSU facing up I had enough length for the 12V 8-pin ATX cable to go around and back of the mobo tray.

About the GTX570, yeah that PSU should be enough but as I said earlier, I have not heard of that brand in UK.

ok where should i put the hdd led and the reset sw and the power sw am using a p6x58d-e mobo can you circle in the area where to put the connectors? please? i got Asperger and autism thats why i might come off like a retard some times

Got to check the mobo manual for that. Usually they are at the bottom right of the motherboard.

yes but it says in the manual PWR then in the second pin it says ground

Right so i found the manual!

PWRSW is "power switch"
Reset is "Reset Switch"

In the Antec 1200 case you will have the front panel cables with Power and Reset pins. They will have a small triangular shape or a plus(+) mark in front of the live wire and the other is the "ground"

Pin with this triangular shape or + mark should connect to the PWR pin of the mobo.

The lettering on the cables faces down if that helps.
