Did someone say pictures?!
After all the dissing I've decided to call the old boy Louie, after Louie Spence:
Sorry for the delay getting the pictures up but was having too much fun driving it
First couple of "mods" are going to be:
Replace the front grill - It's just a dirty wire mesh that the previous owner has tried to clean up in the past with no luck. Do going to get a nice wee shiny replacement.
Replace the number plates - Purely a cosmetic thing but when my dad did this to his car last year it was night and day! Both plates have split and have gunk in them.
Replace foot pedals - Something really just for me and can get aluminium ones for quite cheap.
Replace long, solid aerial with "stubby" black one - I think it looks better
Replace dashboard dials - Again this is something just for me. For some reason I love and hate cars just because of the dials. Found some nice "white during the day" and "red and blue at night" ones.
Get matching rear tyre
That's first couple of month things to change.
Plan on getting a set of summer tyres on new alloys come the summer next year. Hopefully I'll manage to keep the changes to a minimum and not put my self in debt!
