What should I use it for? I've got my main home page with clock and my main apps. To the left of this I have the big poweramp widget, and to the left of that my agenda widget, to the left of that the empty screen. To the right of the main home I have a screen with all the apps I frequently use, to the right of that I have my bookmarks widget and to the right of that a calculator widget.

Basically I'm wondering what I should put on the empty screen. It seems like a waste of space if I'm not using it. Any recomendations or ideas. Preferably widgets. Taa.

Main home screen wouldn't be central then though. Plus I don't think I can even if I wanted to.

On TouchWiz (Samsungs launcher) you just press menu on the homescreen then select edit, then long press the homescreen you want to delete and drag it to the bin at the bottom.

I can't imagine it'll be too different on other launchers though :).

Ah yeah, you can't remove pages when you're using Sense UI (HTC's launcher).

If you can't find anything to put on the last one or don't want to put up with a blank page you could download a new launcher from the market, but you might still prefer Sense over one of the market ones :(.

Lol I'd rather leave a blank screen there than get rid of sense, that would be nonsense.

As above, sense is awful compared to the other custom launchers. Try Go Launcher for a start. You can always go back without losing anything as it's essentially just a running app.

Holy moly, go launcher makes sense look like a kids toy!

The improvement of the folder UI is insane.

Why does it still use the sense unlock screen though?

Because the lockscreen is completely separate to the launcher. Think of the launcher as just an app that runs in the background and opens whenever you press the home key.

If you want to customise your lock screen then you'll need to download (and buy) Widget Locker.

wow. I thought you had an android phone for quite a while? desire z? :D

A few months, but it's locked down to the cellar. I actually sat down to read the XDA wiki on how to root it yesterday, and I'm gonna try it over the weekend, wish me luck and pray to the patron saint of bricking to keep his filthy mitts away from my phone for me!
