I've seen you in other threads where you have completely slated talented guitarists and don't ask me to find them.

Korean now isn't what Korean used to be.
When I was in GuitarGuitar last week a bloke was buying something and the assistant pointed out that it was made in Korea and not USA and the bloke shrugged and just said "Like that makes a difference these days".
We were also on the Fender wall trying to play 'Spot the Mexican/American'.
It really doesn't matter these days.
The shop also has loads of other Tylers on the wall and my mates were comparing the quality of the JTV-59 to the American made ones and American made PRS's and Suhr's.

Somebody posting a video of the amazing Paul Gilbert and you just saying 'That's crap' actually looks as though you know nothing and any point after that is invalid.

There is Zappa footage of Frank himself and Steve Vai battling it out on stage.

On the one hand, there are the ones that are as near-as-damn-it copies of guitars actually played by guitar gods - ones that you could actually imagine said player actually playing. On the other hand there are oddities like this, overpriced because of the name - basically just a tawdry cash-in.
The oddest one for me was the first Angus Young signature SG from Gibson. It had a Lyre vibrola...

But isn't it weird how your Master was very particular about who he took on stage with him and yet he accepted a 16 year old Steve Vai into his close circle but you would call Vai's twiddling crap.
Personally I would prefer the opinion of Zappa.
You have also linked to a video of an 18 year old Steve Vai and 50 year old Zappa (or thereabouts).

Like I said before my edit - Vai is 22 and Zappa is 42 and has got at least 20 years guitar playing on him.
You're not comparing like for like but it showed just how good Vai was at that age.
Zappa will be watching Vai now saying 'I wish I was that good'.
