Long weekend break in November

In February 10 of us went to Poland (Krakow) and it was fantastic. I am looking at organising something similar in November.

What places are good for a long weekend?

There will be around 10 guys
Something cultural (ie auschwitz tour we did)
Reasonably cheap for accomodation, drinking and eating
I have been to Prague 3 times and Amsterdam twice so prefer other places

I was thinking on the lines of Budapest or Latvia

Croatia is meant to be a good place to visit but i don't know much about it.

Possibility of being bloody cold in Krakow at that time of year. I was in Warsaw over New Year and it was brass monkeys....

I want to visit Auschwitz but defer on account of coming across as some kind of vulgar tourist.
